Call for proposals – telling the story of Observatory through heritage and memorialisation
We’ve been keeping everyone updated as regards the development and implementation of our public spaces policy and engagements in this regard. This policy is guiding our use of resources for the improvement and celebration of public space in the neighbourhood.
We’re pleased to announce our third public spaces project for 2021 – telling the story of Observatory.
During our public calls, interest was expressed in exploring and celebrating the history of Observatory more holistically, aiming to ensure that interventions related to heritage and memorialising are part of a bigger picture and bigger story, rather than isolated efforts.
We’re looking to appoint a consultant to produce a road-map for OBSID to commemorate key aspects of the heritage and history of the Observatory, ensuring that both the process and the outcome are underpinned by community engagement, inclusivity and representivity across the whole neighbourhood.
Proposals and quotes should be submitted by the 30th April 2021.
